Unique base for discovering St Austell. We truly enjoyed the view of the garden. Breakfast staff was very accessible.

It deserves its 4 stars. It's really very clean hotel with calm rooms. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. When I arrived the owner was LOVELY.
